What to expect in the salon
The window holds only part of what we do. Most of our engagement rings are made to order, so in the salon you can see finished models, try sizes on and compare stones in person — the difference between two colour or clarity grades simply does not survive a photograph.
We take our time. If you are coming to choose an engagement ring, count on half an hour to an hour of conversation: we go through stone shapes, metals, sizing and a rough budget, and then prepare a proposal for you.

The address is Trg Ante Starčevića 7, through the main entrance of the Importanne centre — the underpass beneath the square, with exits towards the main railway station and Ulica kneza Branimira.
Tram lines stop right by the entrance and there is a public car park in the building, so arriving by car is no trouble even at peak hours.
Repairs and valuations
Alongside sales, we take in jewellery for repair, resizing, stone replacement and cleaning. The work is done in our own workshop, so we can tell you on the spot what is feasible and how long it will take.

Frequently asked
Do I need to let you know I am coming?
You do not have to — you are welcome any time during opening hours. If you would like us to prepare particular models, or to give you our full attention without a wait, let us know a day ahead and we will arrange a time.
How long does a made-to-order ring take?
It depends on the model and the stone, but most engagement rings take three to four weeks from the moment the design is confirmed. If you have a date to meet, tell us at the start and we will work to it.
Can I send a photo of my idea?
Yes, and we recommend it. Send a photo to WhatsApp or by e-mail — a picture from the internet, a sketch, or a photo of a piece you already own. It is the fastest route to a concrete proposal and an approximate price.
Do you repair and alter jewelry?
We do. Resizing, stone replacement, chain repair and cleaning are all done in our own workshop. Bring the piece to the salon and we will assess what it needs.
How do I submit a complaint?
You can submit a complaint in person at the salon, by post to our registered office, by e-mail to info@zrin.com, or through the form by selecting the reason “Complaint”. We confirm receipt without delay and send a written reply within 15 days at the latest.
