How each option works

From choosing to processing, step by step.

Card payment

The fastest way to pay. Once you confirm the order, the payment is processed securely by card online.

  1. Choose "Card payment".
  2. Enter your card details.
  3. The transaction is processed securely as an online card payment.
  4. The order is paid and goes into processing.

You pay 100 % of the amount now.

The 30 % card discount applies.

Bank transfer

Once you confirm the order you receive everything you need to pay through mobile or internet banking, including the HUB3 barcode.

  1. Choose "Bank transfer".
  2. Confirm the order.
  3. You receive the IBAN, the amount, the model, the payment reference and the HUB3 barcode.
  4. Make the payment through your bank.
  5. Once the payment is recorded, the order goes into processing.

Cash on delivery

You pay a deposit of 15 % of the order value up front, securely by card online. You pay the remaining 85 % to the courier on delivery.

  1. Choose "Cash on delivery".
  2. You see the 15 % deposit amount.
  3. Pay the deposit by card online.
  4. The order is confirmed and goes into production and dispatch.
  5. Pay the remaining 85 % to the courier on delivery.

The deposit confirms the order. You see the exact amount before confirming.

Processing and delivery

From there every order takes the same road: we get in touch to confirm, we make the ring in our workshop and hand it over in person at the store or by insured delivery.

What you pay with cash on delivery

15 % now + 85 % on delivery

The 15 % deposit confirms the order and reduces the risk of uncollected parcels. You pay it by card online right after choosing cash on delivery, and the rest to the courier when you collect the parcel.

When does processing start with a bank transfer?

Once we record your payment. As soon as we see it on our account we get in touch and the order goes into production.

What do I pay up front with cash on delivery?

A deposit of 15 % of the total order value, by secure online card payment. You pay the remaining 85 % to the courier on delivery.

Can I pay the whole order by card?

Yes. With card payment you pay the full amount now, and the order is paid as soon as the charge is confirmed.

Where do I find the bank transfer details?

We show them right after you confirm the order. If you need them again, contact us with your order number and we will send them.

Does the cash discount also apply to bank transfers?

Yes. The discount labelled Cash applies to bank transfers and to paying in cash at the store.
