Every ring from ZRIN is our own production, which means we make all our rings to measure in every size, so every model is always available.
If we do not have the model you are looking for in stock at our salon, it takes 7 to 10 days to make.
If the engagement ring size you bought does not fit, we make a completely new ring to measure, free of charge. So you can be sure you have received a new ring, you keep the one you bought until the new one is finished.
There is no deadline for a size exchange.
It is worth knowing that at ZRIN we never enlarge or reduce an engagement ring, which is to say we do not cut it, because doing so compromises the quality of the ring itself.
If you cannot come to the ZRIN salon for us to measure your finger exactly, we can send a single-use ring sizer to your home address so you can determine the size yourself.
We also make every ring in white, yellow or red gold, and the price is the same for all three colors.
