Lifetime warranty
You can wear your ZRIN engagement or wedding ring through anything (the pool, the sea, washing up…)
The ZRIN warranty includes:
- free ring cleaning (we recommend once a month, because the stone gets dirty whether it is a diamond, a sapphire or a zircon…)
- free ring polishing (we recommend once or twice a year)
- the warranty on the stones we set lasts for good (diamonds, zircons, sapphires…)
- a completely new engagement ring made free of charge if the size you bought does not fit
You keep the ring you bought until the new one is finished, so you can be sure you have received a new ring.
There is no deadline for a size exchange.
It is worth knowing that we never enlarge or reduce an engagement ring, which is to say we do not cut it, because doing so compromises the quality of the ring itself. That is why we always make you a completely new one.
We make rings to measure in every size. The price is the same in white, yellow or red gold.
